APFA has had dynamic over 5 years, we APFA

have created a global network between Asian countries

earning the APFA a solid reputation from other countries.

As we move towards the future, it is important to reflect and

examine how we can further improve ourselves,

to contribute not just to the organization but also to

the community surrounding us.Like our founder

JAMES TEO from Singapore so rightly stated,

“We should never be completely satisfied with our achievements

as there are always ways to do better”

I believe that the way forwards for APFA is to embrace an even more global perspective when it comes to

our passion & professional. Our aim is strive towards a common training so that all our APFA members

realize our commitment to creating value and in ensuring greater efficiency in our Asian countries.

One way to achieve that is by strengthening our communication skill. It is undeniably important for our

APFA members to master in First Aid & CPR as it is the most universally

accepted by each and every one, and I think this 2nd Asia Professional Rescuer Competition 2010, Thailand

is one of the master peace and good example.

Having said that, we should also return to APFA longstanding philosophy of

“ Respect for the Individual”, which comprises of

three main pillars – INITIATIVE, EQUALITY and TRUST.

It does not matter if you are member of APFA or a local person, everyone in the APFA family

deserves the same level of respect. By focusing on there values, we will surely continue the growth we have enjoyed.
