·                  เกิดอะไรขึ้น ?                                   What happened?

·                  มีผู้ประสบภัยกี่คน ?                          How many casualties?

·                  มีใครอยู่แถวนั้นพอช่วยได้ไหม ?      Are there any by standers to help?

·                  ฟังผู้รับสายให้ดี                                                             listen carefully to the operator

·                  บอกวัตถุประสงค์และสถานที่เกิดเหตุ                            give the exact location

·                  บอกหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ของเรา                                     call back phone number

·                  เล่าเหตุการณ์อย่างย่อ, สภาพของผู้ป่วย ภาวะรู้สึกตัว   incident details, casualty condition(consciousness).  

·                  อย่าวางสายโทรศัพท์ก่อน                                              remember to hang up lest

 

ประเมินภาวะคุกคามชีวิต   Assess for life threatening injuries

 

·                  ประเมินความรู้สึกตัว     response

·                  เปิดทางเดินหายใจ       airway

·                  ประเมินการหายใจ        breathing

·                  ห้ามเลือด (ถ้ามี)           severe bleeding
